Our Rewards Policy is based on a simple idea: anyone who takes a few minutes to
help return a lost item to its owner deserves some thanks. Rewards are a great way
to express appreciation - and acknowledge honesty and thoughtfulness.

We reward people who report a found item with a free ReuniteIT service pack of
I.D. labels and tags (a $20 value). End result? More people can register their belongings
and benefit from ReuniteIT. We’re especially thrilled every time a finder who
labeled their belongings using the rewards pack gets an item of theirs found later
on, bringing the service full circle.

Many owners choose to offer cash rewards to the finder (in addition to the complementary
service pack by ReuniteIT). It can be done by filling out the Rewards field when
filing a Lost or Stolen Report on our site or when we contact you with the good
news that your item has been found. The amount is up to you; grateful owners of
returned items have offered anywhere from $10 to $50 to larger amounts for items
of special value. ReuniteIT issues the reward check to the finder as soon as the
owner has the item safely back.
