Step 1: Get ReuniteIT^TM by LoJack^® Security Labels

Visit the ReuniteIT by LoJack store at www.ReuniteIT.com or by calling 1-800-916-2545. Choose from our variety of ReuniteIT security tags and labels that come in different shapes and sizes to meet all of your needs. When you purchase your ReuniteIT by LoJack labels, you will have to create a user name and password. Your labels will automatically be activated with purchase.

Step 2: Place Labels on Valuable Assets

Place ReuniteIT by LoJack labels and tags on any personal or business items that you want returned to you, if found. Click here for label application instructions.

Step 3: Register Your Items

Log in to your secure online ReuniteIT by LoJack account and enter brief product descriptions for each labeled item, including serial number and label number. Your items are now labeled with your ReuniteIT by LoJack numbers and are registered in the ReuniteIT by LoJack database. Once an item is found and the “finder” contacts us, ReuniteIT by LoJack uses this registration information to match recovered items to their owners and facilitate their return. In addition, if your item is lost, stolen or damaged, you also have a record to submit to the police and to your insurance company.

Step 4: It’s Lost, Stolen or Missing

If your item is lost, stolen or missing, you can take the extra step of logging into your ReuniteIT by LoJack account and filing a lost or stolen item report. Reporting the loss is not necessary, but can facilitate the return process by providing us with additional data. Taking the extra step of reporting the loss or theft will also allow you to search our database of items that have been reported found.

Step 5: It’s Found

Finders who recover a lost or stolen item can report it online or by calling 1-800-916-2545. ReuniteIT by LoJack identifies the registered owner and notifies the owner immediately via phone or e-mail. ReuniteIT by LoJack then makes arrangements to ship the item back to the owner promptly.

Step 6: Don’t Forget the Acknowledgement

Our service is based on a simple concept: anyone who returns a lost item to its owner deserves a thank you. We thank all finders with a free pack of our ReuniteIT by LoJack labels. Many owners also choose to offer a cash reward, which you can do by filling out the rewards field when filing a lost or stolen report. Sending a cash reward is not required, it’s simply a nice gesture to express your appreciation.
